Shipping Policy
Because many of our items are of a perishable nature, we may cancel certain items depending on several factors. If an item is subject to cancelation, it will be noted in the description.
Unfortunately, our carrier will not insure any food items sent because of their perishable nature. However, do not be discouraged as many pre-packaged items can withstand transit.
An item is may be canceled because:
- The item is too perishable to ship with the given shipping method.
- The item requires a temperature controlled environment.
- If the season is too hot, certain items are subject to melting or other such circumstance.
- An item may not be in-stock because certain items are either seasonal and/or subject to supplier availability. We will try to restock these items as soon as possible but this may not always be possible.
- European Delights is not responsible for any damage to the end product as a result of carrier mishandling or perishability.
- By ordering without appropriate shipping(as stated above) and/or perishable items, you hereby waive any damages as a result of weather,carrier mishandling or acts of god.

Perishable items must be shipped via overnight. Please refer to the map below for overnight times via standard ground shipping.
If you do not live in the bright yellow area, please select UPS Next Day Air, as your shipping method.
